Man who shot President Ronald Reagan set to be released

A federal judge has ordered John Hinckley Jr. to be released, full time, from the mental health hospital where he has been a resident since 1981. The ruling says he is not a danger to himself or others. Weijia Jiang is at the Washington hotel where Hinckley shot four people, including President Ronald Reagan.
