Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump received an enthusiastic response from veterans as he criticised Democrats and vowed to reform the Department of Veterans Affairs. Trump told veterans gathered at the annual convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Charlotte that “our politicians have totally failed you”.
