Kerry plans to raise issue of possible Russian involvement in DNC email hack with Russian government

Secretary of State John Kerry said on Tuesday he raised the issue of Russia’s involvement in a Democratic National Convention email hacking incident with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Laos.
