Described as a “mecca” for Pokemon Go, the Sydney suburb of Rhodes was inundated more than usual on the evening of July 24. Canada Bay Council, which oversees the area, have made formal submissions to the creators at Niantic Labs to remove Pokestops from the area to avoid congestion.
