Controversial report on wilderness park to be debated at council

Tue, Jul 19: Halifax Regional Council will debate whether the proposed boundaries for a wilderness park, 10 years in the making, should be made bigger. The debate slated for next Tuesday, follows a report that recommended the park be made much smaller than anticipated. Global’s Marieke Walsh explains.
