Toronto City Councillor Norm Kelly rips VHS tapes with Andy Martin at Nathan Phillips Square for a good cause

Councillor Norm Kelly and Andy, the @VHStaperipper, Martin ripped apart tapes at Toronto City Hall for a worthwhile cause. The two appeared at Nathan Phillips Square to set a Guinness World Record and to draw attention to the lung disease: COPD.
