Mon, Jul 18: The lawyer for Richard Henry Bain, accused in connection with the 2012 Quebec election-night shooting, said he will present evidence to prove his client was not criminally responsible. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, Bain was the first witness called by the defence.
