WADA investigation finds evidence of ‘state-directed’ doping program in Russian sports

Canadian law professor Richard McLaren, the head of an independent commission set up by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) investigating allegations of doping in sport on Monday confirmed what he described as “state-directed” Russian doping at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi.
