French President Francois Hollande reacts to a truck attack that killed at least 80 people during a Bastille Day celebration in Nice. Hollande says a State of Emergency that was supposed end on July 26 will be extended by three months. Hollande also said France will strengthen their efforts against terrorists in Iraq and Syria.
