Two years ago, Sam Prochazka made a big decision. He bought the 100-year-old Arthur Davies mansion which was facing the wrecking ball in Old Strathcona. He tore down the home and is now rebuilding it brick-by-brick in Riverdale. Kent Morrison spoke with Prochazka on Global News Morning Weekend Edmonton on Sunday.
