Toronto city councillor trying to get traction on bike licensing

City Councillor Stephen Holyday is asking the city’s transportation staff to look at options to register Toronto’s bikes as a way to help raise money for cycling infrastructure. The idea had be rejected in both the 80’s and 90’s.
