Authorities in Texas have ended a lengthy standoff with a suspect possibly connected to Thursday’s fatal police shootings in Dallas. Officials say at least two snipers opened fire on police at elevated positions yesterday as peaceful protests over the recent police shootings of two black men plunged into chaos.
