Two homeless men being bused from North Battleford, Sask. to British Columbia by the Ministry of Social Services generated a lot of controversy back in March. Since then, 19 other people have received one-way bus tickets from the ministry. A new report shows the ministry has been following policy, but improvements can be made. David Baxter has more.
