Wed, Jul 6: An Acton, Ont. man can’t drive his vehicle because he says the Toronto paralegal who committed to dealing with his parking tickets in court didn’t do his job. As Sean O’Shea reports, the paralegal says he will fix the problem – but he told Global News the same thing last year.
