Sat, Jul 2: At the NATO summit later this month leaders are expected to approve a plan to deploy troops along border regions with Russia. As Radio Free Europe’s Stuart Greer tells us this is particularly welcome news for poles living along the border with the Russian exclave of Kalinigrad where locals are trying to maintain a balance between commerce and security.
