Joe Biden calls for a ‘culture of progress’ when it comes to curing cancer

Vice President Joe Biden says the world of cancer research needs a change in culture so that progress toward cures won’t be stifled. Hosting a cancer summit in Washington, Biden said the culture in the cancer research world is stifling progress, and he said was “committed to doing everything in my power” to change that culture.
