British Prime Minister David Cameron said on Tuesday that he hopes talks on Britain leaving the EU can be as constructive as possible and insists the British people “mustn’t turn our backs on Europe.” Arriving at a historic EU summit at which he will announce his country is leaving the bloc, Cameron said, “These countries are our neighbours, our friends, our allies, our partners.”
