A moment of silence was held on Wednesday – led by Toronto Mayor John Tory – to pay tribute to the victims of the Orlando mass shooting at Pulse nightclub on June 12. Tory went on to say it was a devastating act of violence that impacted not only those in Orlando, but in Toronto and around the world.
