The National Weather Service says the heat wave frying Southern California is finally letting up a little. Firefighters are hoping that gives them a chance to make some progress battling twin blazes in the San Gabriel Mountains – two of more than 20 fires burning the southwest. CBS’s Chris Martinez is in Duarte with the latest.
