Eight employees of the Changzhi Rural Commercial Bank in Shanxi Province, China, were beaten with a stick by a motivational trainer after they reportedly performed poorly during a training session. Shanxi Rural Credit Cooperatives said it was investigating the video which shows the alleged beating. A trainer was also reported to have punished employees by cutting their hair.
