Quebec City to ban pit bulls, province-wide legislation in the works

Thu, Jun 16: The Liberal government is working on province-wide legislation to deal with dangerous dogs and Martin Coiteux hopes to table a bill this fall. But Quebec City isn’t waiting on the province. On Thursday the city announced plans to ban pit bulls outright inside city limits starting Jan. 1.
