Wed, Jun 15: The Town of Truro is flying the pride flag for the first time in the town’s history as a way to honour the victims of this week’s shooting in Orlando. Just nine years ago, the sight would have been unthinkable. As Rebecca Lau reports, town council voted overwhelmingly in 2007 against flying the LGBTQ symbol.
