The circus has come to town in Edmonton. It’s the first time the Royal Canadian Big Top is in Alberta’s capital. But the show is missing a pair of its biggest stars. Its American elephants have been left at home as public pressure grows to take them out of the show altogether. Still, the circus promises to be full of fun again. Kent Morrison reports.
