Wed, Jun 8: – Lowe’s Home Improvement has the ribbon cutting for their new Northgate Mall location Thursday. But the store is already open for business. One employee – plus his furry service companion – is doing his best to make sure customers feel welcome…and find what they need. And as Global’s Videographer Kael Donnelly learned, he feels he’s just returning a favour.
