Former NASA astronaut, 59-year-old James Halsell Jr. has been charged with murder after a car crash that claimed the lives of two young sisters on Monday in Brent, AL. State Troopers believe speed and alcohol were a factor. 13-year-old Naomi James and 11-year-old Latrice Parler were both killed when the car driven by their father was struck by Halsell. The girls were not wearing seatbelts and were ejected from the car. Tim Reid reports.
