Mon, Jun 6: Stephen Gregory Tynes was supposed to have a one day trial on Monday for charges of uttering threats and engaging in threatening conduct. Instead, three of four charges against the man were dropped and a hearing was held for a peace bond. Global’s Natasha Pace reports.
