As part of the phased re-entry plan, residents of Parson Creek, Stone Creek, Timberlea, Eagle Ridge, and Dickinsfield — all neighbourhoods on the north side of the Fort McMurray community — are scheduled to return Thursday. Those areas represent more than 41% of the population.
