Sat, May 28: The BC Shellfish & Seafood Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2016 with its biggest year yet. Nathan Fong give us a preview of some of the unique recipes the top celebrity chefs will profile, like geoduck ceviche. Fong is hosting the festival’s signature event ‘Comox by the Sea Celebration’ on June 18th.
