Gord Downie, lead singer of the Canadian rock band The Tragically Hip, has terminal brain cancer, the group announced on its website Tuesday morning. The Tragically Hip managers Bernie Breen and Patrick Sambrook say they and the band were left “stunned and shocked” by his diagnosis.
