Sun, May 22: A Canadian BASE jumper’s death has been ruled an accident, and investigators say they found a hole in her pilot chute. The Times-News reports 34-year-old Kristin Renee Czyz of Calgary packed her own parachute before she jumped from Perrine Bridge on May 13.
