Thu, May 19: Residents in the North Central community of Regina are grieving as they try to make sense of the continued violence outside their doors. All three of the city’s homicides this year have taken place in the neighbourhood. One long time resident says the area is in crisis and is now taking a big step towards trying to make a change.
