Mon, May 16: Saskatchewan’s pork producers are raising concerns over a recent change to bio-security regulations by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The change sees Canadian livestock trucks cleaned at American washing facilities…ones they fear could be contaminated with a dangerous virus. As Blake Lough reports, it has producers coughing up extra money to protect their herds.
