Will BC’s new rules stop shadow flipping?

Wed, May 11: The B.C. government has announced new rules aimed at ending the shadow flipping trend in Metro Vancouver’s red hot real estate market. Tom Davidoff from UBC Sauder School of Business says the announcement will help to curb shadow flipping, but it will be hard to implement. He joined Sonia Deol via Skype on Global News Morning.
