Okanagan residents react to harsher distracted driving penalties

British Columbia has gone from having one of the lowest fines against distracted driving to now having one of the highest. On Monday, the provincial government announced stiffer fines and penalties in an effort to curb the dangerous habit. Angela Jung has the reaction from locals.
