Fri, May 6: The argument was over a fare dispute that was four minutes of shouting and yelling. The video was uploaded to YouTube on Monday by another passenger. The TTC says they are investigating and indicate that drivers are allowed to stop service if there is a concern for their safety or the safety of their passengers. Peter Kim reports.
