SaskTel says mother’s day text messages are expected to double from 6.8 million in 2014 to more than 12 million in 2016. In comparison, long distance calls are will drop by almost 30 per cent. But while SaskTel says many prefer typing out a message on the holiday, some Regina residents think that doesn’t cut it.
