Stressing the various levels of government – local, provincial, and federal – as well as the various agencies involved, Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale told reporters in Ottawa Thursday that his government is not yet prepared to hand control of the Fort McMurray fire fighting efforts over to the Army.
