Rachel Notley says province not planning to declare a state of emergency yet over Fort Mac fires

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says a wildfire that is raging around Fort McMurray has burned through roughly 1,600 structures in the city. Despite that, she says the province has not plans, as of yet, to declare a state of emergency in the town.
