A grand jury has indicted Cardell Hayes, the man accused of shooting dead former NFLer Will Smith after a traffic accident. A preliminary hearing also heard testimony that a witness saw retired police captain Billy Ceravolo remove a gun from Smith’s vehicle. Paul Murphy reports.
