Thu, Apr 28: In a departure from previous warnings about e-cigarettes, British doctors say vaping is less harmful than smoking tobacco cigarettes and is effective at helping people quit smoking. But as Jennifer Tryon reports, Canadian doctors aren’t embracing e-cigarettes just yet.
