‘Very clear’ parents in Stephan meningitis trial did not meet necessities of care

Medical expert Dr. Brett Belchetz said Thursday that naturopath medicine is not regulated enough, and David and Colett Stephan, parents of 18-month-old son, Ezekiel, who died from meningitis, should have gone to hospital to seek medical attention.
