Wed, Apr 27: The Jewish Canadian Veterans Memorial is the only one of its kind in Canada. Since 2014, there have been incidents of subsurface and surface flooding. Development is occurring in adjacent Downsview Park by the Canada Land Company. Allan Rubin, with the memorial association, says flooding began when construction started. Peter Kim has the story.
