Alberta Premier Rachel Notley heading to Washington to pitch climate change plan, Alberta energy

Premier Rachel Notley is about to leave for Washington, D.C. The destination isn’t a new one for an Alberta premier but Notley says this trip will be different because of Alberta’s new climate change plan which she’ll be sharing with American leaders. Fletcher Kent has more.
