Metro Vancouver school districts struggle with enrollment problems

Mon, Apr 25: The provincial government is responding tonight to steadily declining enrollment in one school district, and the opposite problem in another. Vancouver is seeing increasingly empty classrooms, while there’s little room for students in Surrey. Jill Bennett tells us how parents are reacting.
