Fri, Apr 22: Heritage Park is going to charge its guests for parking starting May 2nd. It’s in line with other city attractions like the Zoo and Telus Spark. It will implement a 5 dollar fee for visitors. As Jill Croteau reports given the economy many say it’s poorly timed.
