Canada joins more than 170 countries to sign climate agreement

Fri, Apr 22: Canada and more than 170 other countries have signed a historic agreement to cut carbon emissions. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau vows Canada’s efforts will not cease, but there are big questions about emissions targets and enforcement.
