Tue, Apr 19: The Road to Mental Readiness program is a new program that helps to reduce stigma of mental health and increase awareness among those who work in dangerous, and high stress environments. As Allie Miller reports, Police, EMS, and Fire Fighters from Lethbridge, and surrounding area took part in the first of its kind class in Canada.
