Wed, Apr 13: Julian Backhouse is a 63-year-old grandfather from Mississauga. In 2008 he was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Wilson’s Disease. The disease affects his physical strength and coordination. Despite using a wheelchair to get around most of the time, Julian is planning on reaching the top of the CN Tower for the second year in a row this Saturday. To date, he has raised more than $3,000 for the CN Tower Climb in support of the World Wildlife Fund.
