Stephen Poloz angrily refutes notion that Finance Department had any influence on economic projections

Bank of Canada Governor Stephen Poloz bluntly told a reporter that the federal Finance Minister “is not my boss” and said the budget projections that department issued had no bearing on his own recent economic forecast.
