A marijuana advocate is vowing to continue his Overgrow Canada tour even though it came to a temporary halt Wednesday night when he was arrested in Calgary. On Thursday night, Dana Larsen was in Alberta’s capital and as Shallima Maharaj reports, he’s more determined than ever to get his message across.
